I've never been to a show where there was so much unity. Seeing the Mars Volta at the Pageant in St. Louis in 2008 was just an overall amazing performance. Cedric Bixler-Zavala was just insane. They played for almost 3 hours straight, and the whole time he was running around, playing his heart out, and never missing a beat. There are many more, but here's one more. Back in 2008, Jaime and I drove to Indianapolis to see Radiohead. The show overall was incredible; the production behind that show was amazing. It was also our first road trip together, so that in itself was special. Driving 6 hours to go see a band we both loved and being able to share that was awesome." HIS FIRST (IEM, THAT IS): "The JH11.
